1. These terms
These terms govern naimishapress.com, the Naimisha Press app and the content in them. They are between you and Naimisha Press LLC (“we”). Purchases of printed and digital editions are governed additionally by the shop terms at shop terms URL; Indian editions are sold by Indian associate — legal name.
2. The free pages
The opening of each book is free to read on this site and in the app, in all its languages, without an account. You may link to it. You may not copy, re-host or redistribute the page images.
3. All-Access
All-Access is an annual subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. It gives one person (and their Family Sharing group on Apple) access to read every published project in the app while the subscription is active. It is not a purchase of the content, and access ends when the subscription ends. See the subscription terms at /legal/subscription.
4. Reading protection
Pages in the app are protected against copying and screen capture on Android and, where the operating system allows it, on iOS. You agree not to circumvent these measures.
5. Intellectual property
The text, illustrations, lettering, design and typography of the books, and the site itself, are © Naimisha Press LLC and its licensors. The Srimad Bhagavata is a public-domain text; our rendering of it is not. Type: TeX Gyre Pagella (GUST Font License); Tiro Devanagari Hindi and Marathi and Noto Sans Devanagari (SIL Open Font License).
6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials private. You may delete your account at any time at /account/delete or in the app; deletion is described in the privacy policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or app to break the law, to attack the service, or to extract the content in bulk. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The site and app are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) / EU consumer law — counsel to confirm.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [state of formation], United States, and disputes go to the courts there, except that consumers in India or the EEA keep the protection of their local law and courts. Counsel to confirm arbitration / jurisdiction language.
