1. Where we ship from

Orders on shop.naimishapress.com are fulfilled by Naimisha Press LLC from fulfilment location and ship to list of countries.

Orders on naimishapress.in are fulfilled by Indian associate — legal name from city, India, and ship within India.

2. Times and costs

Shipping cost and estimated delivery are shown at checkout before you pay.

• United States: 3–7 business days; cost.
• India: 4–10 business days; cost, free above ₹X.
• Elsewhere: 10–21 business days; duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless shown as prepaid at checkout.

3. Pre-orders

Where an edition is on pre-order, the expected dispatch month is shown on the product page. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

4. Damaged, lost or misprinted

Write to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with a photograph. We replace the copy or refund in full, including shipping. If a parcel is lost in transit we replace it once the courier confirms the loss or 30 days pass.

5. Returns

Trade hardcovers and India editions in unread condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the book price; return postage is yours / ours — decide. Kartik Edition copies are numbered and are not returnable except for defects. Digital editions (ebook, PDF) are not returnable once downloaded, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), state consumer law (US), or EU/UK consumer law. Counsel to confirm.
